JAW-DROPPING JUNE

So far, June has been an exciting and jam-packed month.  We were able to see some JAW-DROPPING VISTAS and feel extremely blessed to be able to have these life-changing opportunities!

We went downtown to see VIVID again this year - it is so beautiful to see the ionic tourist sites all lit up (this year the Opera House had an aboriginal theme).  We went on a week night this year and it was less crowded -- instead of being surrounded by a million of our closest friends, it was only a few thousand.  It was cold so we rugged up and headed out. After living in Sydney for over 3 years, we are not used to the cold anymore and have become quite "SOFT".
DP joined us for VIVID!  So fun to have him come along :)

We were also able to take the girls back to Fiji for six days.  Tom was awarded the President's Award at Stryker this year - well done sweetheart.  The award was an all expense paid trip to FIJI for two.  We wanted to make it a bit longer and to take the kids so we did!  We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel Natadola Bay on the Coral Coast of Fiji.  It was a great trip filled with relaxation and sun, sun, sun.  We went to visit Batiri Village where Tom was the chief, drinking KAVA with a little tribal dancing -YES!!!  The Fijian Village people had never seen such a lively performance from a visiting chief.  I am quite certain his photo and legend will live on for many, many years.  We went snorkeling to see NEMO and DORY!  We watched a Fijian Fire-show just after sunset and came back feeling relaxed and happy! It was a true Fijian holiday filled with BULAS and VINAKAS.
